Established in 2001 as a family-owned business, Gonzalez & Associates LLC is a Commercial and Residential General Contractor and Construction Manager with more than 35 years of experience in the industry.

Founder and President Ted Gonzalez has over 35 years of experience as a General Contractor, Construction Manager and Entrepreneur. He brings a rich experience base and deep relationships in the Arizona construction industry and market. Mr. Gonzalez is directly involved in the day-to-day operations of every project to ensure quality construction and customer satisfaction. As Vice President, Principal & Senior Project Manager of Sun Eagle Corporation (1978 – 2003), Mr. Gonzalez was responsible for over 250 projects totaling over $350 million. During his time at Sun Eagle, the corporation successfully completed and graduated from the SBA’s 8(a) Program and grew to be recognized locally and nationally as one of the top Hispanic and minority owned businesses. The variety of projects Mr. Gonzalez oversaw while with Sun Eagle included: detention facilities, public works, military/government, residential, commercial, industrial, and educational facilities. Mr. Gonzalez is a native Arizonan, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona in Operations Management and has been actively involved in past years on the boards of community organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, the Grand Canyon Minority Supplier Development Council and the Valley of the Sun United Way.
