La Entrada de Tubac – Commercial Phase II

This project will include the addition of approximately 36,525 S.F. of new one and two story commercial buildings, 12 buildings in total, as well as site work and site modifications to the existing “La Entrada de Tubac” commercial development in the Village of Tubac in Tubac, Arizona. The new site development will include site utilities for domestic water, fire lines and hydrants, electric, telephone, sewer and septic systems. Construction will also include paved parking areas with concrete curbs and sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation and brick paved plaza areas with fountains. The new buildings will consist of wood frame and stucco construction with aluminum windows and solid core custom wood doors. Stone veneers will be incorporated into several of the exteriors. The three two-story buildings will be adjoined by stairways, upper level walkways, walk bridges and an elevator.
