Bernal Home Bathroom Remodel
Tempe, AZ
This remodel consisted of the demolition and removal of all bathroom fixtures and drywall in the home’s master and guest bathrooms. New copper plumbing was provided and installed throughout, as well as new drywall tape and texture and new fixtures and faucets. The project also included the complete installation of interior porcelain tile flooring, wall tile at the tub and shower areas, new cabinets and tile countertops and custom painting. |

Bernal Home Kitchen Remodel
Tempe, AZ
This project consisted of an addition and remodel of the home’s kitchen, family room and dining room. The remodel involved demolition and removal of existing cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical and gas service. An additional 250 Square Feet (SF) was added by enclosing the rear patio area for a new family room. The new area included new framing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, gas, new finishes as well as all new custom cabinets and granite countertops, including a large 6’x12’ cooking island and eating bar. The existing dining room was incorporated into a new expanded kitchen area and the existing family room was remodeled and converted into a new larger dining area.

Villa Residence – Custom Home
Green Valley, AZ
This project consisted of the construction of a new, 2,500 SF frame and stucco, three bedroom, 2.5 bath custom split level home. Custom floor tile, cabinets with tile countertops and custom wall tile in the kitchen and bathrooms were installed. Custom plumbing fixtures and faucets were also installed. Unique features included a terrace outside the master bedroom, custom ornamental iron work and a dumb waiter from the garage level to the kitchen pantry. The home also included vaulted ceilings throughout, a wood burning fireplace in the great room and energy efficient aluminum windows throughout. |

Manuel's Mexican Restaurant
Green Valley, AZ
This commercial construction project consisted of the complete site development of an approximately 5 acre site for a new restaurant and two other future buildings. The site development encompassed all new site utilities, water, sewer, power, telephone and cable services. Asphalt parking lot, landscaping and irrigation were also part of this project. The restaurant is a 5,500 SF Mexican restaurant that includes a full commercial kitchen, with walk-in freezers and refrigerators, a food preparation area, cooking area, serving and beverage counter and a clean-up and dishwashing area. The kitchen is stainless steel with quarry tile throughout and includes a dry storage area, office, employee restroom and other miscellaneous closets and storage areas. The restaurant dining area has custom paint and pre-cast concrete columns and includes a separate, full service bar that also allows for dining. The restaurant also has separate indoor and outdoor patio dining areas for large groups or meetings. Unique features of the building include custom painted murals, custom gas fired beehive fireplace, domed ceiling in center of dining area and custom Mexican imported interior and exterior light fixtures. The facility also includes a computerized POA system, security system, satellite television system and sound system. |

New Medical Building Phase I
Casa Grande, AZ
This project consisted of the site development of approximately 2 acres for a new medical office building plus area for a future medical building. Site development included, electrical, water, gas, fire sprinkler line, storm drainage, sewer, telephone and cable utilities to the new building plus stub outs for the future building. The site development also included a paved parking lot with dumpster enclosure, striping, signage, sidewalks, landscaping, landscape irrigation and a lighted marquee signage wall. The building is a shell construction for future lease. Structure consists of 2”x6” wood frame construction with two coat stucco finish exterior and aluminum storefront windows and entrances with a Santa Fe stucco finish with a Spanish mission tile roof. The interior is an exposed structure with an operational fire sprinkler system and minimal lighting. A special feature of the building is the aluminum clearstory windows at the main entrance. |

Kachina Telecommunications Building
Green Valley, AZ
The construction of this new commercial building consisted of site development for a 2,500 SF slump block building for Kachina Telecommunications. The site development included a paved parking lot with storm drainage retention basins, water, sewer, electric, telephone, cable utilities, as well as sidewalks, ornamental iron fencing and railings, landscaping, landscape irrigation, striping and signage. The building structure consisted of Desert Beige slump block/masonry walls, a wood truss roof system with built-up roof, an exterior porch constructed of Rough Sawn lumber and a concrete tile roof system. Exterior elevations included aluminum windows and aluminum storefront entrances. The interior included tile and carpet flooring and was completely built-out with reception area, offices, telephone operator area, employee bathrooms, computer server equipment room and employee kitchen and lounge. Special features of the facility include a raised platform floor in the computer server room, plus a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) system and a back-up generator system. Telephone operator area includes numerous operator stations wired for voice and data.

Miller Hacienda
Green Valley, AZ
This new 3,880 SF, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom custom home includes a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, den/office, utility room, a separated 2 car garage, a large courtyard patio, and a covered breezeway from the main house to the garage. The dining and living areas include an exposed beam ceiling and the kitchen features a coffered ceiling with recess lighting, custom kitchen cabinets with ceramic tile countertops and new appliances. The bathrooms all include custom fixtures and custom ceramic tile on the floors and walls. All other floor areas are a stain finish concrete with 4’ joints in a 45° diagonal pattern. The home is built using 2”x6” frame construction with a sand finish stucco exterior, built-up roof with high parapet walls, Spanish tile roof at the entry, aluminum windows and sliders plus French doors at the courtyard patio. The site development of the 4.3 acre parcel included a roadway, fences, and all utilities plus an on-site septic system. |
