Tenant Improvements for Social Security Administration
Phoenix, AZ

This project consisted of Tenant Improvements and build-out of an existing 4,348 SF building for occupancy by the Social Security Administration. The entire area to be improved included: reception area, public and employee restrooms, interview offices, storage room, multipurpose room, conference room and a secure communications/data room, plus a large open office area for the future owner provided modular furniture. Suspended acoustical ceilings with drop in light fixtures were installed throughout the facility. The men’s and women’s employee and public restrooms included ceramic tile floors, toilet partitions, tile wainscot walls and formica sink countertops. Construction included metal stud furr out of all exterior masonry walls and all other wall construction as well as special drywall construction for rated and security wall construction. The project also included installation of metal doors and frames, solid core wood doors and metal frames all with security access hardware. Custom made customer counters and casework and kitchen cabinets and countertops were also installed in the Multipurpose Room. Interior metal frame windows with security type glazing Special construction features of this project included the installation of a Class A fire alarm system, public address system, infrared motion detector system, CCTV system, IDS/electronic keypad entry/exit system, employee panic alarm system, glass break sensor system. Interior finishes include carpet tile, vinyl tile, and ceramic tile flooring. custom color accent painted walls and custom wall covering on walls.

   

Tenant Improvements at Plaza De Anza Building "E"
Tubac, AZ

This project consisted of Tenant Improvements and build-out of approximately 3,000 SF of a 4,500 SF existing building. The 3,000 SF was built-out to accommodate a retail furniture store and involved the installation of underground plumbing and electrical and the placement of colored concrete floors. The improved area featured exposed duct work with a painted, exposed roof structure and track lighting fixtures throughout the roof structure. Construction also included metal stud framed walls with textured finish throughout and men’s and women’s public restrooms with tile flooring and tile wainscot. Special features of the project included electrical floor receptacles throughout and the area was wired for a sound system.
